We started our business as startup
Three decades ago, we entered the power industry with a clear purpose: to tackle industry challenges head-on in an inventive way. Our business began with a focus on surge arrestors, transferring technical expertise to Iran which laying the foundation for growth. We expanded into manufacturing HID lamps, fiber optic wire, and special insulated glasses, establishing four manufacturing units and solidifying our position as industry innovators. Our venture grew beyond power industry into the oil and gas sector, with the formation of our first subsidiary in 2001. Execution of over 15 national projects, emphasizing our industrial excellence. Committed to environmental responsibility, we pioneered the first HIPPS system in Iran, reflecting our dedication to sustainability.

The inception of OctavHome represented the first tangible result of our venture, Tasu Ventures. At Octav, our philosophy revolves around fostering a sense of community and shared experiences. We believe in making second home ownership accessible and enjoyable by connecting like-minded individuals, enabling them to enjoy the benefits of co-owning vacation properties without the typical hassles and costs associated with sole ownership. Our aim is to enhance the quality of life for our members and create a platform for them to forge lasting memories in their second homes, all while promoting sustainable and responsible practices within the vacation property industry.
